It consists of a robotic arm, dyeing units, creel units, a powder unit, a dye liquor unit and a liquor mixing unit to form a full-automatic sample dyeing machine system.
After dyeing process, agent dosage and cleaning process are arranged in the host PC, all production scheduling and material management are completed by the automatic order dispatching system. It implements lights out manufacturing, and the production process requires no human at all.
